Pass Commitment & Refund Policy
We want you licensed. If you follow the course and don't pass on your first CSLB attempt, we keep working with you at no extra cost until you do. Here's exactly how that works, in plain language.
What the pass commitment covers
- Continued access to your course until you pass, at no additional charge.
- Unlimited practice exams and flashcards for your classification.
- Direct email support from our team while you retake.
- Updated content when the CSLB revises exam material during your access period.
What you need to do to qualify
- Complete every lesson in your assigned classification (Law & Business + trade).
- Score 80% or higher on at least three full-length practice exams before your test date.
- Sit for the CSLB exam within 12 months of your purchase date.
- Email us your CSLB result letter within 30 days of receiving it.
14-day money-back refund
Not sure the course is for you? You have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked, as long as you haven't completed more than 25% of the course material. Email Support@licensecontractorschool.com and we'll process it within 5 business days.
What isn't covered
- CSLB application fees, exam fees, fingerprinting, or bond costs. Those are paid directly to the state.
- Failing to sit for the exam within 12 months of purchase.
- Refund requests after 14 days or once more than 25% of the course is completed.
Payment plan cancellations
On the 3-pay plan, canceling stops future charges but ends course access. If a payment fails, we'll email you and give 7 days to update your card through your Billing Portal before pausing access.
