When does my access start?
After payment clears, your dashboard unlocks the paid course for your selected license.
Can I split the $399 into payments?
Yes. Choose '4 × $100/mo' at checkout. Your full access unlocks on the first payment ($100 today), then we charge $100 automatically on the same date for the next three months. Total: $400. No credit check, no application. If a payment fails and isn't recovered, access is paused until you update your card.
How long do I have access?
Your paid account keeps access to the course you purchased while your account is in good standing. Installment-plan access stays active while payments are current.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes. The dashboard, practice tests, lessons and flashcards are built for mobile and desktop browsers.
What if the course is not right for me?
Refund requests are available within 14 days when less than 25% of the course has been completed. The pass commitment extends access for qualifying students; it is not a promise of a license.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We use Stripe for payment processing, the same provider trusted by Amazon, Shopify, and millions of businesses. We never see or store your card details.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. A receipt is emailed automatically the moment your payment clears.
